from any inspector you consider using. The
cost will vary but a general guidline is
1/10 of 1% of the contract price. This charge
will not include the cost of radon or lead
paint testing or any other environmental
testing you might do. You should discuss
environmental testing options with the inspector
prior to the inspection day.
